The belts get a heat setting treatment and are protected from abrasion by a chemical process, which leads to a problem-free use in the production process of battery grids.

The endless pasting belts do not have a weakening by seams or other kinds of connections and have a complete equal structure.

The uniform thickness of approx 8 mm and the constant surface smoothness provide a perfect pasting process with an optimized material distribution on the battery grids.

Dimensional stability of the belts assures an efficient running behaviour. The moisture behaviour is equal over the complete belt structure.
